Here is how it works:

  1. Initial Consultation: Reach out to us with the specific details of your tournament, including desired dates, venue information (including a layout plan), and the number of events you plan to schedule. Our experienced team will closely collaborate with you to fully understand your requirements and objectives.

  2. Proposal Development: Based on the information provided, our team will create a detailed written proposal. This proposal will outline the venue setup, the number of fencing strips, scoring machines, and reels required for your tournament. We will provide a clear breakdown of costs, offering pricing options based on the number of strips and scoring sets needed. The proposal will also include an estimate for the hiring of referees and personnel, along with associated costs. Additionally, we will incorporate the cost of hotel bookings for the hired staff and introduce our vendor booth concept. Please note that there is a $100 fee for the proposal, which will be deducted if you decide to proceed with us.

  3. Organization Process: If you accept our proposal, we will promptly initiate the organization process. This involves coordinating the hiring of referees, bout committee members, and other essential personnel. We will take care of all logistics, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodations for the staff involved. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for all participants.

  4. Venue Setup and Management: Our dedicated team will arrive at the designated venue and handle the setup according to the agreed plan. We will meticulously prepare the fencing strips, install scoring machines, and arrange all necessary equipment to create a professional and functional environment for your tournament. Please note that Phases 3 and 4 of our services, which encompass organization process and venue setup and management, have a set cost of $500. This cost reflects the effort and resources required from our team to organize the logistics and execute the setup. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the expenses of hotel bookings, travel, and personnel salaries.

  5. Tournament Day: On the day of your tournament, we will take care of running the floor, overseeing the tournament flow, and addressing any necessary adjustments or challenges that may arise. Furthermore, we will handle the payment of tournament personnel, including referees and other staff members, to maintain a professional and efficient operation.
